These sessions are an ongoing indoor and outdoor training programme helping you to get fit, lose weight and get into the best shape of your life while having fun. At FAST Fitness we welcome members of all shapes, sizes, ages and backgrounds.

Insanity Classes Leicester

Forget everything you think you know about high-intensity workouts. Because INSANITY turns old-school interval training on its head.

If you've ever been to a Spin class, you know how that works. You motor along at a moderate pace for awhile – then all at once, you kick up your speed and heart rate – just for a minute or so. After that, it's back to a lower gear, giving you plenty of time to catch your breath.

But with INSANITY, you do exactly the opposite. You work flat out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt.

Kettlebell Classes Leicester

Want to get leaner a stronger in 2016?

Then why not try our Kettlebell class – an intense complete workout suitable for everyone.

Kettlebell training offers you the ability to burn fat with high intensity (non impact) workouts. Any fat loss goals can be difficult to accomplish, but using Kettlebells provides a fun and exciting alternative to your usual gym workouts that help to keep you motivated. By consistently working out with Kettlebells, your metabolism will increase which will result in a decrease in body fat.

Each class incorporates a variety of Kettlebell exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques. Easy to learn, the instructor will demonstrate and guide you through the proper technique for each exercise, so no experience is necessary.

Each exercise recruits multiple muscle groups that work simultaneously. Conditioning and strengthening the entire body.

The benefits are improved strength in your back and core as well as effectively strengthening and toning your entire body.

You will torch a serious amount of calories in a Kettlebell class and each workout will have you burning calories for up to 24 hours after completion.

We offer a full range of wrap around care including breakfast clubs, lunchtime clubs and afterschool clubs/aftercare for schools in and around Leicester.

HOLIDAY SCHEMES

Fast Fitness & Coaching provides holiday schemes throughout the year to keep your children entertained. The schemes run from Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (Excluding bank holidays).
